I have had a shopping bag full of items staring me down every time I walked into our guest bedroom. Well tonight I won. All of the items are now listed on ebay and I hope by this time next week they are on their way to people who will enjoy them. Mr. Grove's never worn Vineyard Vines jacket, Lilly Pulitzer dresses,
skorts and tops WITH TAGS that Mini K never wore, you name it, you can find it HERE. I am by no means the ebay expert, I price things for what I think are a fair amount as I just want them gone. I am always amazed at how much people list things for on ebay.
So two hours later, with the listing done, I tackled a new recipe: Alexis Stewart's (yes Martha's daughter) Chocolate Chip Cookies. Actually I made up the dough and will bake them tomorrow.
The recipe is:
1lb of butter
3 cups of light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
4 eggs
1.5 teasponns of salt
2 teaspoons of baking soda
3.5 cups of flour
1.5 cups of chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Sift dry ingredients and mix in to wet ingredients. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.

Those cookies look divine! We'll try the recipe!
I bet they will be yummy. Once upon I time we had to make our CC cookies from scratch cause there were no break and bakes ;-) haha!!
You'll have to give us a review!!
I have two boxes of books by the front door that are invisible until company arrives. I keep thinking I will be dropping them off at Half Price Books, but it's been 8 or 9 months and they're still here. Maybe that will make it on my "have to do this week" list (or next week).
How did the cookies turn out?
I'm bidding on the VV jacket for my husband :)
Those are some great items! I looked at your ebay site and dont know children that are that old yet or I would have cleaned you out! Best of luck!
Those cookies sound delish and good for you for getting all that stuff listed!
