Friday FIVE Part 2

I know it's Sunday, but this year I am determined to get back to blogging and get ALL of my new products on the website so better late than never!

Baby C, I really need to stop calling him that, is finally feeling better.  We are going to see a specialist on Thursday to try and figure out what caused it, but for now he is happily watching hockey and singing Jingle Bells....yes in January!

SO this week's list is a combination of 2 of my favorite things:  gifting and wrapping up home projects.

1.  Puppies!
We  got 2 new puppies and they are super talented!  They sit super still, can hold flowers and can also serve up a mean punch.  They are Staffordshire and I ADORE them.  I have been wanting a pair of Staffordshire pitchers for awhile and a dear friend spotted these for me at an antique store and a trip to the UPS store later they are in my dining room!

2.  Take A Seat
I loved the shape of this bench the moment I saw it, but wanted to do something else in terms of fabric. I LOVE how it turned out and now have a pretty and functional place to sit in my master bedroom!

3.  Let there be light!
Mr. G knows I love pineapples (hello, Pineapple Grove Gifts) and found this antique majolica pineapple lamp on his travels for me.  A monogrammed shade is coming but we picked it up from having it rewired and I just love it.  There is something about lamp light in hallways and rooms that make houses feel like home to me.

4.  Take Note
January to me is the month of planning and thanking.  I know that spring is around the corner, even if the corner is big one and spring in our house is a lot of parties and gifting.  Right now we will double your order of flat or folded notes for FREE-no code needed, just enter in the TOTAL quantity you want to receive. I am in LOVE with these baseball notes for boys.  I have them for C with a 3 since he isn't playing baseball yet, but love that you can put your child's number on the back of the card.  A client just ordered them with her son's team name on the front and 14 on the back for the year and they are going to use them to give out awards, etc during the season.

5.  Sunnies
Spring is coming, but Valentine's Day and spring break will be here before you know it.  Mini K loves sunglasses and we found out this year at her eye check-up that while she has perfect vision they suggested she wear sunglasses outside because she reads so much on her kindle and ipad.  I am a BIG fan of Bonlook for glasses.  Bonlook offers prescription and nonprescription glasses at amazing prices.  Since she is my little rockstar, I ordered her the Rockstar sunnies in turquoise as part of her Valentine's Day happies.  You can take $15 off your purchase with code:  imback15 and if that isn't enough shipping is FREE.

These are my favorites for the week and I cannot wait to see what this week has in store!

FREE!

Did that get your attention?  I know I have blogged about my love of my Maven Boxes from Julep before, but they sent me a special I can share with you today!

Julep Maven Boxes arrive each month and are filled with everything from nail polish, to mascara to dry shampoo.  Did I mention the products are all FULL SIZED?  Some of my now favorites beauty products are Julep and I confess I probably would never have tried them without the boxes.  I discovered Julep while googling chemical free nail polishes because both Mini K and Baby C are sensitive to chemicals and I couldn't give up my mommy manicure/pedicure time.  Their polishes are now my favorite...above Essie and OPI and they have a polymer Freedom topcoat that makes your manicure last like a gel manicure WITHOUT damaging your nails.

My other favorite is their mascara.  I am slightly mascara addicted.  I have one (SMALL!) make-up bag in my purse that is only lip gloss and mascara.  I take turns applying them, how is that for honesty?  I think that a coat of sunscreen, some powder, mascara and lipgloss can make even a long night look like a good morning.

The maven boxes are $19.99 a month and come with over $40 in product.  You take a quiz to help select your profile, but here are some of my favorite things:

1.  You can "gift" your box to a friend at no additional charge and make someone's month a little brighter.

2.  You get 20% off all of your other purchases

and this one is the BEST.......

3.  Your first box is FREE when you join HERE.

Hump Day Happies

Today I am grateful.  I didn't blog on Monday because this momma was a nervous wreck.  baby C went in for major surgery yesterday.  We were supposed to stay overnight in the hospital for a couple of  days, but this flu outbreak meant the surgeon would be sending us home with instructions and less risk of complications.  Baby C continued his reign as one tough cookie and might be the only 2 year to ask for food within minutes of waking up.  In fact he found the apple juice a pain once he saw the icy pops!

So the Grove has a little helper this week and I find myself looking at him in awe of his smile and strength!  The one complication was not one we expected, he is sporting a bloody infected lip from the tape used for the breathing tube, but the ointment is working and it could have been so much work.

In fact he keeps saying "am I 3?"  Let's just say that he is loving get well presents.  Since many of you have been so kind as to pray for him, spoil him and talk me off the ledge of stress, I think this Wednesday calls for some surprises.  I mean who doesn't like a mid-week happy?

For our brides to-be and graduates to-be, I thought we would take 30% off ALL of our Save the Dates with code:  GLEE30.

These wedding save the dates remind of my friend Meredith who will be a beautiful bride this June.

And one of my favorite customers and friends has 3 daughters graduating from high school this year and she is going to order these with a photo of the 3 of them and all of the details for their graduation weekend?

For my customers that avoid the birthday card aisle at all costs (even if it is because you are shopping last minute), I am marking ALL calling cards and stickers down 30% as well with code GLEE30.

These are one of my favorite designs and ours say Happy Happy! so I can use them all year long.  You can choose whether to include the star or about 20 other designs.  I pair them with hot pink, white, red or orange ribbon and they will work with any holiday or event!

And for those of you that got a new iPhone 5 over the holidays we are taking $8 off ALL of our cases so they will be $50.  This includes the photo cases!  You can see all of the designs HERE, but this one is my favorite.  I think even I might be able to keep track of my phone with it!

I have a few more emails to send tonight, but ALL orders are shipping on time and I am crediting my cute little assistant this week!

Night!

Thankful

SO happy we are 2 days into this week.  I am feeling thankful that last week is OVER.  Mini K is feeling almost 100% and back at school.  She practically sprang out of bed yesterday and was dressed in her uniform, teeth brushed and backpack on in record time.

Since she wasn't feeling up for cake on her birthday, and we didn't have a party due to pneumonia (we will be celebrating her half birthday with a party instead!), I let her take in cake push up pops for her class celebration.

As you can see from the photo, cake push ups are essentially a tube of frosting with some sprinkles and cake crumbs thrown in for good measure!

The Valentine's and Easter candy are out at the stores and so far I haven't even felt tempted.  I am crediting being back at the box so to speak.  Now that my feet have healed, I am back at the cult of CrossFit and while I am brutally sore, it makes me feel like the workouts are working.

You will start to see some of our new items on the website this week.  I have been photographing and designing and hope you like what I have come up with.  I love a good challenge, so let me know if you think we are missing a particular price point or what items you would like to see.

Several of you have emailed saying you missed the thank you note sale, and we believe in second chances so.........starting tomorrow if you order 25 or more cards, we will DOUBLE your order for FREE.

I ALWAYS give stationery as a gift to the bride to-be or mom to-be when I am hosting a shower.  The guest of honor can thank her guests in style.

These notes are perfect for the stylish mom to-be:

And what bride wouldn't want to say thanks with these cards:

Tonight, I am leaving my comfort zone and attempting something that my friend Jane is an expert at:  menu planning.  Not my usual menu planning of takeout or cereal, but 5 real meals.  House construction scares me less than what I am about to tackle.

Before I go, I have one last treat.  How does a year of Garden & Gun magazine for $3.99 sound?  Just enter in code: STRETCHINGABUCK HERE and you will have a year's worth of fabulous in your mailbox!

Good Things Happen In 3's....

I have been out of town for my day job for the past 8 days!!!!!  For those of you that have placed orders at the Grove don't worry...everything is still shipping out on time...I have just been burning the candle at both ends.

I realize that most normal people are not doing posts at 9pm on a Saturday night, but we have been glued to the start of college football season ALL day.  If you have heard the voice of a toddler screaming TOUCHDOWN, it would be Baby C!

Since I titled this Good Things, I must share my 3!

1.  Happy News!
My dear friend A just got engaged today!  I could not be more happy for her and had to start the celebrating my mocking up her new monoram!

2.  College Gameday!
Mini K woke up this morning and said, today is Gameday, we should wear orange!  While Mr. G did not attend a football school, I have made sure to raise 2 little Longhorns!  So both Baby C and Mini K were dressed in orange today!  College football season to me is the start of fall and while it was in the high 80's today I couldn't help but think that hopefully soon we will need sweaters and boots and some fall shopping.

3.  The Holidays are coming!
If you are a fan on Facebook then you know Mini K and I had our first official candy corn sighting of the year!  You know how I ALWAYS share a good deal...well today, I have 3!

1.  Charmed
I am a BIG fan of charm bracelets and was given a charm from Planet Jill with a photo f Baby C and Mini K.  What I love about her charms is that you can get them in sterling silver, 14k white gold or 14k yellow gold.  You upload the photo of your choice and the photo becomes part of the charm.  These charms have been seen on the necks and wrists of Jennifer Garner, Maria Shriver, Ricki Lake and Cindy Crawford.  The charms themselves are a great price, but when I saw this deal I had to share.  The PJ necklaces, bracelets and charms make the BEST gifts for moms, friends, daughters and grandmothers so I thought some of your might want to start your holiday shopping.

You can purchase a $100 gift certificate to Planet Jill for $32 right HERE.  Just enter code LaborDay2012 at checkout and it will bring your total from $40 down to $32!  It gets better, when you then create your photo gift at Planet Jill, if you share it on your Facebook page you can get FREE shipping.

2.  Holiday Cards
I know it's early, but a lot of you are clearly organized!  We are doubling your order for FREE on all personalized holiday cards until September 10th!  If you order 50 cards with return address printing, we will send you 100!  I have loved watching the beach photos come in and must admit, I am always envious when I open a holiday card to see a tan person in the cold of winter.  While a lot of you have submitted photos, a lot of you have ordered from our selection of cards where you attach your own photo later!  A client added a note in the message box that she was going to have a card addressing party complete with gluesticks!  I love cards with texture and depth and have been known to take a great photo off of a card and stick it in a personalized frame and give it as a hostess gift at a later date!

You can see all of our cards on sale HERE.

3.  The Look For Less
We have all seen J.Crew's bubble necklace, complete with its $150 price tag.  I am sure we have all seen the sellers on Ebay that will sell you the necklace for less but take an entire season to actually ship it to you!  I have discovered a happy medium, same quality, super fast shipping and how does $14.99 sound!  I ordered a couple of these for myself and a couple to give as gifts this holiday season.  These necklaces come in a LOT more colors than the ones shown below and can be ordered HERE.

I often get emails asking for help coming up with wording or packaging for invites, gifts and notes so I thought  I would share a few ideas for this necklace.

Congratulations on a new job or engagement:  We are bursting with happiness for your engagement/good news:  wrap the necklace in tissue, put it in a cello bag, and tie a bottle of bubbles to the cello bag and attach your card.

Sip N See:  I always like to take something for the mom as well as the baby.  You could do the same packaging and say we know you are bursting with love for your new bundle!

Ho, Ho Tan & Skinny

Want to know how to look super skinny in your holiday card this year?  Take your photos while you have a tan!!!!!

Want another tip?  It's actually a secret, but we tell our friends everything at the Grove!  We are thrilled to let you in on not 1 but 2 holiday specials....order early and save on your cards this year.  We heard from a lot of clients last year that when they took advantage of our sales their cards were a LOT less than other online printers and they knew their cards would be unique!

So get out your planner or iPhone and write this down:

August 28th-September 10th ALL holiday cards are 2 for 1!  Yep, pay for $50 cards, get 100!  No code needed.

If that is not enough time to get a photo session scheduled, order your cards between September 12th-October 8th and we will take 25% off your order and throw in FREE return address printing or FREE return address labels.  Just use code:  SHOL25

The best part is that your cards can be finished before Thanksgiving!  I confess a friend and I always have a friendly wager on who can get their cards in the mail by December 1st!

For those of you that ALWAYS wait until the last minute to take your photos, order from our selection of cards that you attach your own photo!  You can find them all HERE.

This design is one of our favorites for when you cannot choose just one photo!

You know that great photo from the beach this summer?  How perfect is this card?

You asked and we listened, this year we have a selection of cards that are photo-free.  You can see them all HERE.

Just think, if you save on your holiday cards, it means you can get yourself a little (or a BIG) something!

Hover or Run?

I PROMISE this is my last back to school post.  I think there are two types of parents and kids on the first day of school:  the ones that hover by the classroom door and don't want to leave or the ones that skip off down the hall and don't look back.  When a parent and a child are opposite types, well it can be ugly.

Fortunately, Mini K and I are the same type...we run and skip down the hall, away from the drop off line and don't look back.  She is so excited to go to school and is counting down the remaining 9 days of summer vacation.  I love that she is so excited and independent and I always look forward to the structure of a school year and an early bedtime after our crazy summers.   Her uniform is already washed and hanging in her closet, clean socks in her school uniform shoes and first day of school gift for her teacher wrapped and ready.  This year her first grade teacher is a former All-American field hockey player and Mini K thinks this is really cool and she was picked for her "team" class so to speak.  We ran with this theme and got Mrs. G a basket and filled it with a ruler, some pens, a lanyard with her monogram for her teacher ID, some candy, some Advil (my contribution!) and a gift card to the coffee around the corner from school.  We made a tag in the shape of field hockey sticks that says "I am so happy to be on your team this year!".  I would post a photo, but in the craziness of this construction I cannot find my camera cord.

As the summer draws to a close, my list seems to get longer.  Both of my kiddos seem to have grown, A LOT, this summer...and let's not even talk about the fact that their shoes from the start of the summer make me wonder how their feet have grown so much.  While I am not going back to school, I always make of fall list of what I want to add to my wardrobe.  What can I say there is a satisfaction of crossing things off my list....in sharpie of course!

While I don't smoke, I love a good smoking loafer and was thrilled to add these to my closet.

Well Mini K wanted a pair as well, but pink ones.  Not only did I find her pink smoking loafers, but how about pink smoking loafers at HALF PRICE? You can purchase them HERE, or I should say purchase a $50 voucher for $25 and use code:  PDCOZ10 to save yourself an extra 10%!

Baby C is clearly growing up in the right house, because every time Mini K says school, he screams YEAH FOOTBALL!  In our this, this means burnt orange, tailgate food in front of the tv and hopefully the celebration of many, many touchdowns!

Fall is also birthday party season in Mini K's circle of friends...almost everyone has their birthday before the end of the year so I am stockpiling gifts for the upcoming soirees.

While I know a lot of you do not have kids, or aren't preparing for back to school, I hae to believe that you still like saving money.

Today started with a little happy in the mail:  my check from Ebates.  I mean seriously, how nice is getting a check for things you were going to purchase anyway?  If you haven't joined, click HERE and if you have joined but keep forgetting to go to Ebates and click through to stores, put a note on your computer!

You know that while I love to find a deal, I am not a good couponer (is that even a word?)  I really don't like spending money on things that I know my kids and I won't use outside of school.  Cue navy loafers for our uniform.  I was thrilled to find navy loafer, that are still cute, for under $35 today at MyHabit.  If you haven't checked it out, you should.  You can checkout with your Amazon account and the deals on loafers and Bloch ballet flats are a lot less than the same shoes have been on Gilt.

We have had a growth spurt since football season last year and Mini K has made me promise NO MORE SMOCKING.  I may have shed a tear, but thankfully, I discovered some non-smocked Longhorn wear for Mini K and when you purchase one piece, you get you second half off.  These collegiate clothes are my go to baby gift for friends that I know are die hard fans.  I mean, how cute are the smocked bubbles?  Obviously, even Crisco wouldn't help me squeeze Baby C into the bubble, and is working hard to rid our house of diapers so I ordered the shorts for him and belted skirt for Mini K.  You can check out the entire line HERE.
Now for the girls birthday parties galore.  I struggle with gifts for her school classmates as you want to give everyone something similar and I know most parents agree that their kids seem to have more than enough toys.  When I saw these necklaces, I knew I was on to something!  I think they make a great gift alone, or pair them with some Lip Smackers, some hair ties or even some candy treats in a cello bag with a big bow and my guess is the birthday girl will be thrilled.  We will keep it a secret that the necklaces are only $11.95 with $3.50 shipping and each additional necklace ships for only $0.50!  That's a touchdown in my book!  You can purchase them HERE.

Paper Present!

What a week!  I have been hiding something this summer...our little home improvement project.  Why, well because we were not sure if we would be able to move forward with it.  I believe in working with the bones of a house and not tearing them down.  We have done it twice before and made a decision to stay in this house and do a major renovation.  Let's just say that the city we live in does NOT like homeowners who want to make their homes bigger, so cue two frustrated homeowners (Mr. G & I) and  one AMAZING attorney and fast forward two months to today and Christmas came early in the form of a sheet of paper.  OUR BUILDING PERMIT!  It is now taped to our window, where it will live for the next four months until our new addition is complete...then we will start on the basement.

This past week has been an emotional roller coaster and it is not that I didn't want to share the good, bad and VERY ugly, it's that each day the story changed as this unfolded.

What I can say is that I am extremely thankful that I could focus on the flood of orders coming in and not the legal battle.

In case you missed our post on Facebook (just 8 more LIKES until we give away a pair of personalized sunglasses, so click on over and leave a comment!), we are having a MAJOR PAPER sale.  Since my day was made with a piece of paper and I couldn't wait to stick it on the window, I thought I would share today's big sellers.

It seems that a LOT of you are getting ready for the holidays and school birthday parties early!  We are doubling your order of stickers for FREE until August 13th!

You can view all of the stickers HERE.

These holiday stickers have been a huge hit.  Our two most popular phrases seem to be Merry Merry! and A Merry Little Something From The....
During the sale you get 48 personalized stickers for $24!  I don't think you can beat $0.50 a sticker.
One of our favorite customers has boy girl twins.  She ordered these exact stickers for her son to have for birthday parties this year.

And these stickers for her daughter.

I love the idea of picking a color theme for the year, stocking up on colored ribbon in that theme, white tissue and cello bags.  Even a giftcard will be well dressed and you won't have to stress about wrapping gifts before a party!

I always love to see what our clients select and today we had 4 different people chose these stickers today, all 4 of them chose the EXACT same wording:  Thank you for having us! Love, The XXX  What a great idea to have these stickers ready to go for hostess gifts, house hosts, neighbors, etc.

Tech Finds

For those of you that know me in real life, STOP LAUGHING!  I know the very thought of my offering tech advice or finds is laughable, but let's just say that these two items help me achieve my goals and assist with my lip gloss addiction so it will make sense, and the last one is too good of a deal not to share.

I take my camera everywhere and am constantly taking photos...even when I have my iphone with me. The issue is, I haven't travelled with my laptop since I got my iPad.  I mean why would carry something that weighs five times as much?  This means that my photos are trapped on my camera until I get home.  UNTIL NOW!!!!!!!  I have been researching the iPad camera connectors on and off all summer and was about to purchase one at the Apple store last week for $59 when Baby C announced he needed to potty.  Don't worry I won't turn this blog into one of those that chronicles potty training, but my desire to rid my house of diapers forever is growing by the day.

We left the store in search of relief and then it was time to pick up big sister.  That night I was checking my email and found an offer for the EXACT SAME connector for $14, not $59.  What's a girl to do but order it!  It came this weekend and I LOVE IT!  I took my camera to the pool and to tennis and took a ton of photos as always.  I then just attached the camera to the connector and everything was on my iPad and on my iPhone in my cloud within a couple of minutes.  I cannot wait to take it on our vacation next week.  Just think you can take photos with your good camera, get them on your iPad and use them for Postagram within minutes!  You can purchase the deal HERE.

Now my second find is somewhat vain and somewhat practical.  I have been using a Casellet for a few months and while I like being able to carry business cards, a credit card and some cash with me, I didn't really like the look of the hard metal and plastic and the opening mechanism could wreck even a gel manicure.  Cue the much to late at night internet searching and I found the eyn for iphone and I couldn't be happier!  This case is more of a hard silicone and it has rounded edges.  It also holds everything I need it to and it has a mirror.  How great is that?  You can apply lipstick, check your teeth, text a restaurant review and pay the bill all with one thing!  Unlike so many cases out there, it is only $29.99! You might be surprised to know I purchased the turquoise and NOT the pink one.  The real test came yesterday, I was able to open it an hour after a manicure with ease and no smudges or chips!  How could I not share it with all of you?

Now this last one has me a little green because I wished I paid this price for it!  You all know how I love to find a deal and despise finding out I paid more than I should have for something.  I LOVE my Canon Rebel.  It is small, fits all of my Canon lenses, takes great photos and allows me to switch over to video with a push of a button and video Mini K's dive, or serve or Baby C's chants of GO USA!  I thought I misread my computer this morning when I saw that you could get the EXACT SAME Rebel for $150 less than I paid HERE.  So if you are in the market for a great SLR Digital camera, here is your deal.

Seek And You Shall Find

I may be alone, but I have a list of things in mind of products I wish I could find and don't have the energy to invent.  The "need" usually comes to me when I am in the middle of something and think of what would make it easier.

This is not the how to get my children into college with zero stress, the Harry Winston bauble I have coveted for years or the desire to avoid what I DESPISE shopping for most: mattresses, but merely random things.

Imagine my excitement when I have found 3 of those products I didn't think existed in the last week.  So what'a girl to do other than share with all of you?

Hands Free Exercise
I have been getting and walking in the mornings while I do my post surgery running rehab on the treadmill at night.  I usually walk with my iphone, house keys, coffee money and earphones.  Since it has been 85-95 degrees at 6am one thing I haven't been wearing is a jacket or long sleeve shirt with pockets.  This means my hands are full and I look more like a pack rat.  Que the box on my front porch yesterday from my mother and it was like the angels had delivered for my morning walk.  The box contained a Booty Wrap and while the name sounds confusing, the product is simply amazing!  It is a bulk free wrap with POCKETS and SLEEVES that you can tie around your waist and keep your hands free.  So in addition to holding my stuff, it also hides these last 7 pounds around my hips that will be gone before Mini K starts school.  The material is a thick cotton and it comes in 3 sizes.  I am having mine monogrammed, of course, and plan on giving these as gifts to my friends this year!  The wraps come in 4 colors (I have the black) and 3 sizes so anyone from a size 0 to a size 24 can wear one.  Compared to my Lulu jackets, they are a steal at $39.99 and if you use code TS20 you can save 20% off your order!

Preppy Minnie Belts
As you know Baby C is a BIG boy.  He is long out of baby clothes and at 2 years and 3 months is wearing a 4T for length.  This means that while his pants are long enough, they are too big around the waist even with a diaper.  I have been trying to find a classic preppy belt that is adjustable and not covered in super heroes.  I confess I had given up....until I found these:

These belts sell for $35 for 1 initial engraved with a strap and $40 for 3 initials engraved with a strap.  If you need extra straps they are $12.  As with my first find, this one gets MUCH MUCH better.  You can purchase a $50 gift certificate to the store that sells them for $25 via Plum District.  You can purchase the voucher HERE.  If you purchase tonight and use code:  GOBTS you can save an extra 20% so for $20 you can get a $50 voucher.  They also have some great monograms for girls.

Non-White Onesies
I think of white onesies as underwear, even if they have a monogram so I always try to find cute onesies for friends with newborns or who are expecting to keep in their diaper bags as that emergency outfit, when your little one is already wearing their emergency outfit.  Zulily solved my problem when I saw these adorable Kate Quinn Organics onesies for only $13.99.  How can you not love the ruffle and the matching yoga pants.  You can save an extra 10% off orders with code:  CHEAPSEEKZU73

Stop the Clock

I have no excuses, this blog isn't more fun that watching my kids have the time of their life this summer!    Baby C is now officially a kid, no longer a baby and I have had so much fun watching him interact with Mini K.  He has a determination to keep up, or try to, with her and her friends.

This weel I am attempting to add some new products to the website and believe it or not have started my list for both back to school and WAIT FOR IT....Christmas!  I know I am insane!

Mini K has spent what feels like hours selecting her new lunchbox and backpack and now we wait for them to arrive so we can have them monogrammed.  This brings me to my yearly rant, why is it that Pottery barn Kids will only put your child's NAME on the backpack when EVERY SINGLE child safety expert tells you to NOT put your child's name on their backpack as stranger's can call it out and confuse out little ones?  We continued our love affair with Garnet Hill and ordered from them for the 3rd year in a row.

I have also managed to find some great deals lately that I thought I would share.

Land's End is offering an additional 20% off all sale items with code:  Banner and Pin: 2323.  I just purchased Baby C his first burnt orange puffer vest for a mere $15...marked down from.  The girl's vests are the same deal.  Even better, sign up and shop through your Ebates account and get an extra 3% cash back!

Gilt also had some great deals on stuff for your minnies!  How cute are these bracelets and necklaces for little girls?  Mini K doesn't know it, but I got her a K and a couple for her friends for Christmas.  If you aren't a Gilt member you can join HERE.  If you are a member of Gilt, don't forget you can get 4% cash back on your purchases when you shop through your Ebates account.

And how cute is this Elmo hat?
Last but certainly not least, all of the little feet here in the Grove have grown this summer.  Our wellies no longer fit and puddles are much more fun to jump in when our feet our dry...and monogrammed.  So from now until September our kids wellies are on SALE!  Trust me, when their wellies have their monogram on them, they do NOT get lost at school!  You can order them HERE.

I am taking dinner to some friends that just had the sweetest little baby girl tomorrow.  It will be an all pinterest meal and I promise to post a review of how I think the recipes turned out!

Happy Days

Today is a happy day!  We have power and NO major damage from the storm.  I consider this a HUGE blessing when so many people are without power and we are churning out the sunnies in hopes that we can beat our promised 2+ week turnaround time.

In between all of the emails from friends asking if we had damage and listserv postings asking if power was back on, I found a few happy sales and finds so I thought I would share them with you!

Our sunnies are still on sale for $32.50 in honor of summer's arrival!  You can order them HERE.

We decided that sunnies need a party and a cocktail so we have added to the sale!  ALL party invites and coasters are 30% off through July 16th with code: INCS30

My favorite coasters to give as gifts in the summer are these crab ones!

Or you can start your Christmas shopping early with these festive ones or this moose design for your favorite hunter!

And who doesn't love a good summer cocktail party?

Let's just say that Mr. G loses pens, and has issues at times with his ipad so Mini K wanted to get him a pen like her doctor has to write on his ipad.  We gifted godfathers, grandpas and yes Mr. G with these iPad/iPhone pens for Father's Day and I have to confess I LOVE them.  Unlike the stylus pens, they are the same size and weight as an actual pen.  When I saw my email today that they were on super sale, I had to share the deal with you.  You can purchase them HERE.

I was excited to see that one of my favorite designers was on Zulily today:  Tracy Nagoshian has been a favorite since Mini K was little.  Her dresses all have POCKETS and I can't say no to a pocket.  The best part about today's sale is that the prices on Zulily are LESS than the sale prices on her own website.  It gets even better when you enter in LUCKYZU712 because you will save an extra $10!

I am little embarrassed to admit how excited I was when I got an email from Ebates yesterday.  I confess I might have actually cheered.  The one site that I seem to shop from on a weekly basis is Amazon.  What's better than Ebates?  Amazon participating in Ebates!  That's right, you can now get 3% cash back on your Amazon.com purchases and when students shop Amazon.com via Ebates they can get a 6 month Amazon Prime membership for FREE.  You can join Ebates HERE and all you need to give them is your name, address and email.  Before you shop just log into your Ebates account, type in the product you are looking for or the name of the store and then your cash back will be credited to your account.  Your biggest decision will be deciding where to spend your BIG FAT check from Ebates every 3 months.
